ABOUT PLEASANT VIEW FARM
Our farm is a working grain farm and has been in the family since 1830 and is still farmed today by my parents, Glenn & Constance. The name Pleasant View Farm was established in 1867 and the farmhouse was built in 1895 for my dad's great-grandparents. The grounds feature beautiful gardens that are a favorite for visitors. The gardens will be open during this event for attendees to enjoy in addition to great shopping! The event also features a food court area & live music, seating, farm equipment display & 3 acres of parking for our shoppers. The home has been featured in several publications & was a stop on the Franklin Heritage Home Tour. Our Farm is a designated Hoosier Homestead, which means it has been owned by the same family for over 100 years. Ours has been in our family for 196 years.
