TFA & Tennis Academy

**Due to the overwhelming volume of registrations, please be aware that your submission is not confirmed until you receive an email from us stating that your registration has been completed. We are processing as quickly as we can but some weeks and age groups may be sold out prior to you submitting your form.**

All Children Must Be 6 Years or Older to Attend this Camp

Siblings 6 years or older that attend TFA, Tennis Academy or any of the Specialty camps will receive a $30 off per week discount when enrolled in the same weeks.

$24 sibling discount will apply July 4th week. 

July 4th week is a 4 day week and will be prorated. The discounted amount will not be reflected on this form but will be applied prior to charges being processed.

Any child or sibling under the age of 6 would attend our Energy Center Camp and can be registered here.
Energy Center Camp 4-6 Years Old

All Early Bird registrations must be paid in full prior to the end of the month or your discounted pricing will be forfeited. 

Your child must be on a current active membership at the club at the time of registration and while attending camp. Either an active Family Membership or an active Parent/Child Membership is necessary to receive member pricing. Individual parent memberships and Couples memberships do not qualify for member pricing.

Member pricing will not be credited back for obtaining future memberships, the child's membership must be active at the time of registration.

Once your registration is accepted by Weymouth Club, no refund or transfer of funds will be made in the event of withdrawal, dismissal, failure to attend or incomplete attendance for any reason.

Once we receive this form and process your child's registration, you will receive an email notifying you that you can now call the club at 781-337-4600 to provide your payment information. After payment is processed, we will complete your child's registration and you will receive a confirmation email.

**Please note** Your child's selected weeks in camp will not be secure until payment has been received.

If you do not have a credit card on file or if your credit card on file is expired or declines, you will receive an email instructing you to call the club at 781-337-4600 to provide a current credit card number for payment.

A copy of your child's most recent physical exam with updated immunizations is required. Physical Exams are good for 18 months from the date of the exam. This will be the same physical exam form you provided to your child's school.

Please upload you child's most recent physical exam with Immunizations. If your child is scheduled to have an exam between now and the start of camp you can email a copy to TFAcamp@weymouthclub.com.

We must receive a copy of their exam by June 1, 2026. Children will not be able to attend camp without a current physical per Massachusetts State Law. 

By submitting this registration form, parents/guardians agree to and accept the following:

1. I agree to have the medical form with immunizations completed by a physician and returned to Weymouth Club on or before June 1, 2026.

2. I understand that my child may not attend camp until the properly completed medical form and all payments are received by Weymouth Club.

3. I grant permission for my child to participate in all planned Weymouth Club activities and programs. I hereby release and discharge Weymouth Club, its directors, officers, trustees, employees and agents from all liability, claims, or demands, from any damage, loss or injury to my child’s person or property in connection with participation in these activities.

4. I understand that the Camp Director reserves the right to dismiss a participant if, in his/her judgment, the participant’s behavior interferes with the rights or safety of others, or the smooth functioning of a group or activity, or violates the Program’s principles of conduct.

5. I understand it is my responsibility to bring any special concerns about my child to the Director’s attention at the time of registration.

6. I understand and accept that once a registration is accepted by Weymouth Club, no refund or transfer of funds will be made in the event of withdrawal, dismissal, failure to attend or incomplete attendance for any reason.

7. Second and subsequent siblings receive a discount. Discount applies ONLY to Camp Programs and NOT to Extended Day Program. Siblings must be enrolled in the same weeks.

8. I understand that there is no camp on Friday July 3, 2026.

9. All campers need to come to camp in sneakers, with a labeled water bottle, their own nut free lunch and extra snacks every day.
