  • SPL is proud to host the Janome 5300QDC sewing machine. Anyone can sign up to use the machine in our crafting room/maker space while it’s here!

    • Must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult (sign up using adult's name)
    • Register for 2 hours at a time max
    • We will call you to let you know if you need to reschedule for any reason.
    • If the person assigned to a time slot doesn’t show up or call within their first 15 minutes of their registered time, walk-ins will be permitted to use the machine.
    • This is not intended for lessons on sewing; you must know how to use the machine or be willing to self-teach. Librarians will not always be available to help with troubleshooting.
    • The Sewing Machine is located upstairs in the maker space/craft room and is to be used in that room only with the door closed.

  • Please choose the day and time you would like to come in. You can choose up to two-hour blocks. If you'd like to come in more than one day, please resubmit this form for the new day/time.
