Use of Funds: If selected, I understand that scholarship funds may be applied directly to educational expenses, including tuition, books, fees, and other approved academic costs, as determined by SLOAN STEM+Arts Incorporated.

I hereby release and hold harmless SLOAN STEM+Arts Incorporated, its officers, directors, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from all claims arising from my participation in the scholarship application process or related activities, except where prohibited by law; Photo, Video, and Media Release. I grant permission to SLOAN STEM+Arts Incorporated to use photographs, video recordings, written testimonials, and/or likeness associated with my participation in the SLOAN STEM Academic Scholarship program for educational, promotional, marketing, reporting, and fundraising purposes.
