 Party Package Timing
3 hours total studio access

• 30 minutes setup time
• 90-minute hosted dance party
• 30 minutes in the party room for food, cake, and celebrating

Party Package Logistics

• $400 members
• $450 non- members
• Includes 15 attendees
• Additional attendees: $15 per child (up to 25 total) 

Each party includes: 

• Age-appropriate dance games & instruction
• Led by a Fun-Fluencers certified Jo Ann Warren Studio instructor
• High-energy + themed activities
• A warm, welcoming vibe focused on community, friendship, and fun

What's Provided: 

• 30 minute setup window prior to party start time 
• Custom music, games, and movement are tailored to the age group and theme to keep the energy just right
• (1-2)  Party Attendants
• (1-2) FUN- Fluencer Instructors
• (2) 6 Ft. Table and Chairs
• Trash Removal 

Food,drinks, paper goods and decorations are provided by booking host. 

Booking Confirmation and Terms:

I, the undersigned, confirm that the information provided above is accurate, and I agree to the terms and conditions of the catering booking. I understand that a deposit may be required to confirm the booking, and final details will be arranged closer to the event date.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By booking and participating in a birthday party at Jo Ann Warren Studio, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges that participation in dance, movement activities, and related party experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury.

The parent or legal guardian agrees to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of participation, whether known or unknown, and voluntarily releases, waives, and discharges Jo Ann Warren Studio, its owners, staff, instructors, assistants, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the party.

 

Medical & Emergency Authorization
In the event of an emergency, the parent or legal guardian authorizes Jo Ann Warren Studio staff to seek medical treatment for their child if the parent or guardian cannot be reached. Any medical expenses incurred are the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.

Supervision & Behavior Expectations
Children are expected to follow instructor and staff directions at all times.
Unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities without refund.
Parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising siblings or non-participating children.

Food, Allergies & Personal Belongings
Families are responsible for notifying the studio of any known allergies or medical needs.
Jo Ann Warren Studio is not responsible for food-related reactions, lost items, or personal belongings brought into the studio.

Photo & Video Release 
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the parent or legal guardian grants permission for photographs or video taken during the party to be used for studio marketing and promotional purposes.

Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking a party and submitting payment, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms outlined in this Liability Agreement.
