    If you are missing points from a Wood-n-Tap visit within the last 30 days, please upload a copy of your receipt.
  • The entire receipt must be visible. A team member will review your receipt and if accepted, the points will be added to your Tap Rewards account within 7 business days.

    If you are in need of correcting your account information such as email or phone number so you can log into your account, submit this form with the information below. If you need us to change your birthday information to reflect your Birthday Reward in the accurate month you can also provide that information here. Please allow us 2 to 3 business days to update your account before making another login attempt.
  • Tap App Feedback

    We launched our new and improved Wood-n-Tap App on June 12th 2024. It is available in Apple and Google Play Stores. If you have an older version of a Wood-n-Tap App that was downloaded prior to June 12th, please DELETE it and reinstall the NEW version.
