2025 IEOC/an-vision, Inc. Symposium Registration - Lucerne, Switzerland, June 19-21, 2025

  • The 2026 IEOC/an-vision, Inc. Symposium in Ocala, Florida will take place June 18th through June 20th, 2026 at the World Equestrian Center.

    *In order to register for the symposium, you must be a confirmed, pre-paid 2026 IEOC Member. Non-members must become a member in order to register. If you would like to attend and are not yet a member, you can apply for IEOC Membership here. If you are currently a 2025 member and need to renew your dues, please use this form to renew first.

    The last day to apply for new/lapsed members is May 24th and last registration day after approval is May 31st.

    Early Bird Registration pricing will be open through March 31st and all registration will close May 31st!

  • Member Registration

    The registration fee includes registration for the conference, CE, Welcome Reception drink, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 4 breaks. Registrants and guests will also have to option to add on the Saturday evening equine competition and reception with other attendees, starting early April.

    Please Note: Any guests wishing to attend the Welcome Reception will need to have a paid ticket.

      • HOTEL RESERVATIONS

        A reduced rate reservation link for The Riding Academy Hotel is located on this page: https://www.equineophtho.org/post/ocala-florida-usa. Thishotel at the WEC has provided a reduced fee rooming block of $219 - $239USD/night, depending on selected room type. This is the same building where the meetings will be held. [Note there are other properties on site. Please secure housing at this hotel through our block  as this helps IEOC to meet its contractual obligations.] The WEC facility is not close to town therefore, it is highly advised to reside on property. The WEC hotel will release our reduced rooms on May 15th at 5:00pm ET; rooms are based upon availability and the hotel is offering reduced fees for a couple days pre and post event if you wish. 

      • MEETING CANCELLATION POLICY

        Cancellations received by March 31st will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations received between April 1st-April 15th will receive a 50% refund. No cancellation refunds will be permitted after April 15th. All cancellations must be received in writing via email.

      • In order to attend the 2026 IEOC/an-vision, Inc. Symposium in Ocala, Florida, attendees MUST be a pre-approved, current Member of the IEOC.

        If you would like to apply to be a new or lapsed member (regular or trainee), please complete the New/Lapsed Member Application form found here to be reviewed first.

        Once approved, you may submit the dues form/payment, prior to the registration submission deadline. Walk-up registration for non-members will not be permitted.
