📌 POLICIES & SERVICE AGREEMENT
Resume & Career Coaching Services

By booking and submitting payment, you agree to the following policies:

🔹 PAYMENT POLICY

All services require full payment upfront.
Services will not begin until payment and intake form are received.
Prices are non-negotiable.

🔹 TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Rush services are not offered at this time.
Turnaround begins once all required documents are received.

🔹 REVISIONS POLICY 

Revisions are limited based on the service selected:

Resume Rewrite: up to 1 revision round
Packages: up to 2 revision rounds

Revisions must be requested within 7 days of document delivery.
Revisions are for content clarification, not complete rewrites or role changes.

 🔹 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Delays in providing documents or feedback may extend turnaround time.
New job targets or major career changes after work begins may require a new service purchase.

🔹 COMMUNICATION POLICY

Communication is conducted via email or text only.
Response time is 24–48 business hours.
Coaching calls are by appointment only.
Unscheduled calls or messages may not be answered.

🔹 COACHING SESSIONS

Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance.
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
One reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

🔹 NO GUARANTEE DISCLAIMER

Resume and career coaching services do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or salary outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, experience, and client efforts

🔹 REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of services, all sales are final.
No refunds once work has begun.
No refunds for dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

🔹 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 All documents created remain the intellectual property of the client once final delivery is complete.
Templates, processes, and coaching materials remain the property of the service provider. 

🔹 PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Respectful communication is required at all times.
Harassment, excessive demands, or inappropriate behavior will result in service termination without refund.

🔹 SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Services and pricing are subject to change at any time.
Existing booked clients will be honored at their original rate.

By booking services and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
