RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in Champions Choice Camps, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participating in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my/my child’s participation in the camp.
I release, waive, and discharge Champions Choice Camps, its staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in camp activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champions Choice Camps from any claims brought by or on behalf of myself/my child.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this release, and I agree to its terms.

PROTECTION of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STATEMENT

All materials, content, curriculum, logos, branding, and proprietary techniques provided by Champions Choice Camps (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”) are the exclusive property of Champions Choice Camps.

Participants, staff, and affiliates are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, video, recording, or using any Intellectual Property for personal, commercial, or unauthorized purposes without prior written consent from Champions Choice Camps.

Unauthorized use or reproduction of the camp’s Intellectual Property may result in legal action to protect and enforce ownership rights.

By participating in Champions Choice Camps, you agree to respect and uphold the organization’s intellectual property rights.

PHOTO and MEDIA RELEASE STATEMENT

By participating in Champions Choice Camps, I grant permission for Champions Choice Camps to capture photographs, video recordings, and other media of me/my child during camp activities.

I authorize Champions Choice Camps to use these images and recordings for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures, and other camp-related materials.

I understand that these materials may be used without compensation and that all rights to the media will belong exclusively to Champions Choice Camps.
