Haunted Hayloft Business Participation Registration

Be part of Cochrane's very own Haunted House 🎃

This October, Quirk Social, in partnership with Jurrasic Mark, is transforming the Cochrane & District Ag Society barn into a NEW multi-night "Haunted Hayloft" experience and inviting local businesses to be part of it.

Participating businesses will each receive a dedicated room inside the Haunted Hayloft to design and decorate with their own spooky theme. This is a hands-on, creative way to engage with the community and showcase your brand in a fun, memorable environment - without the need to staff the space during event nights!

That's right, once your room is decorated and approved for safety, our team will handle all event operations, guest flow, and on-site management. 

The Haunted Hayloft will operate for 3 nights leading up to Halloween, welcoming hundreds of attendees over the course of the event.

Participation Fee
$500 + GST

What’s Included
- Exclusive use of one 10x10 sqft haunted stall
- Opportunity to decorate the space with your own approved spooky concept
- Business recognition on event signage and promotional materials
- Multi-night exposure to a large, local audience
- No staffing required during event nights

Optional Add-Ons
- Power rental ($25) *Extension cords not provided by Quirk Social
- 6 ft table rental ($20/table)
- Featured room placement or enhanced signage
- Additional brand recognition and promotional opportunities
- Decoration support from our team

Space is limited, and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Design concepts must be approved with the Quirk Social team ahead of September 30th.
