Evie Magazine College Model Search 2026 – Official Rules and Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: The Evie Magazine College Model Search 2026 (the “Competition”) is open only to females who are at least 18 years of age as of January 5, 2026, legal residents of the United States, and currently enrolled as students at an accredited college or university. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Evie Magazine Inc (“Evie”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Competition Period: The Competition begins on January 5, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on February 5, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Competition Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Competition Period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter: To enter, applicants must complete the official entry form, including uploading 3–5 photographs, providing required personal information, completing all mandatory acknowledgments, and paying the non-refundable $25 application fee. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries or entries submitted on behalf of another person will result in disqualification. Evie is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
4. Non-Refundable Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $25 USD is required to submit an entry. Payment of the fee does not guarantee advancement or selection as a finalist or winner. The fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to disqualification, withdrawal, cancellation of the Competition, or non-selection.
5. Finalist Selection and Public Voting: Finalists will be selected by the Evie Magazine editorial board and industry experts based on criteria including overall appearance, alignment with Evie’s brand, and responses provided in the entry form. On or about February 12, 2026, Evie will announce the finalists on its Instagram account (@eviemagazine) and open a public voting period. Public votes will be one factor considered in determining the winner, but the final decision rests solely with Evie and its judges.
6. Winner Notification and Announcement: The potential winner will be notified directly via email or phone before February 28, 2026, and must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification. The winner will be publicly announced on or about February 28, 2026, via Instagram and any other other Evie channels. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or fails to provide required documentation (including proof of college enrollment), an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
An exclusive editorial photoshoot in New York City with a professional fashion photographer, with resulting images featured in the 2026 print edition of Evie Magazine.
Round-trip economy airfare for the winner and one (1) guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s U.S. residence to New York City.
Hotel accommodation for the winner and one (1) guest for the duration reasonably required for the photoshoot (number of nights determined by Evie).
Approximate retail value varies based on location and dates. All other expenses (including meals, ground transportation, travel insurance, gratuities, and incidental costs) are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Evie’s sole discretion.
8. Winner Obligations: The winner (and guest, if applicable) must sign and return any required release forms, publicity releases, affidavits of eligibility, and liability waivers within the timeframe specified by Evie. The winner must also provide proof of current college enrollment and valid government-issued photo ID. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. Publicity and License Grant: By entering the Competition, each entrant grants Evie and its designees an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works of their name, likeness, voice, biographical information, photographs, videos, statements, and entry materials (collectively, “Materials”) in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including advertising, marketing, and editorial use, without further compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law.
10. Liability Release: Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Evie, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Competition, acceptance or use of the prize, or any prize-related activity, including but not limited to travel, the photoshoot, or publication of images.
11. Disqualification and General Conditions: Evie reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, provides false information, or engages in conduct that is detrimental to the Competition. Evie may modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events, without liability.
12. Privacy: All personal information collected during the Competition will be used in accordance with Evie's privacy policy.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Official Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Competition (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Each entrant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida for any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Competition and waives any objection to venue in such courts.
14. Agreement to Official Rules: By submitting an entry and paying the application fee, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Non-compliance may result in disqualification.
