✔ Open to riders in Pre-K through 12th Grade
✔ Must be a current & active CEC Academy student
✔ Must be enrolled in a minimum of 4 lessons per month
✔ Riders not meeting the 4/month requirement are not eligible to show
✔ No refunds or credits will be issued for ineligible riders

List the rider's 5 favorite horses. This does not guarantee any particular horse for the show (unless you have a current Equishare Membership), but will be considered during the selection process.

Parent/Guardian has read the Cadence "Guide to Showing" and agrees to all rules and terms.

I understand there are no refunds or credits for any reason. In the event that a show is canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond management's control, the show fee will be applied as a credit toward the next scheduled show.I understand that show schedules may vary and that class times are approximate. Management reserves the right to adjust class and show times as necessary to accommodate the needs of the event.
