At this time, BOOST a FOSTER FAMILY only accepts referrals for Kinship families experiencing financial hardship or who have other barriers prohibiting them from becoming licensed. Questions? Please contact us here.

Dog Rabies Vaccinations

Boost will provide reimbursement for dog rabies ONLY.

Boost requires that the family get the dog vaccinations first at a provider of their choice, then the worker can submit receipts with our new request for reimbursement form up to $42/dog.

Comments for Dog Vaccinations
Bunk Beds & Toddler Beds

Boost will only provide bunk bed frames or toddler bed frames unless there are no other resources for mattresses in the family's community.
One bunk bed accommodates two children. Boost will not provide a bunk bed for a single child.

For bunkbeds, one child must be over age 6 - children under age 6 are not allowed on the top bunk.

Toddler beds will not be provided for children over age 4 or under age 18mo.

Boost does not offer twin or full beds.

Families must get their mattresses and bedding (sheets & comforters) from organizations that provide those items. (The Foster Alliance or More Than a Bed)

Boost will send bed frames only (bunk or toddler), no mattresses, unless there no other resources in the family's area.
