NC EAM is hosting this SEMI-Virtual Pageant ONLY to determine the 2026 North Carolina EAM State Court. All future pageants will be held in person across the state. Interview will be held VIA Zoom call scheduled at your conveniance.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Upon submission of this registration form, I understand that the Elite American Miss pageant, directors, staff and facility of location held, or anyone connected with the pageant is not responsible for any accidents, damages, injuries, thefts, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the pageant or to and from the pageant. I am aware that there are no refunds or credits of any kind given. I accept full responsibility for my child and their actions/behavior at all times. I understand that the judge’s decisions are final and will not be disputed. I understand that bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated (this will include my family members and friends who may be with me). I agree that if I or those with me, show poor sportsmanship, I will be disqualified from this pageant and any future pageants associated with Elite American Miss . I am aware that any photographs taken may be used for publicity.
Delegates, parents, and guardians acknowledge and understand that all judges’ decisions are final, and the organization reserves the right to disqualify any delegate for unsportsmanlike conduct.
Age divisions are determined based on the delegate’s age as of August 1, 2026. We reserve the right to request a copy of the delegate’s birth certificate or state-issued identification for verification.
Delegates and their parents or guardians grant Elite American Miss permission to use all photos and videos for promotional purposes, including print materials and social media.
- All dues must be paid in full by January 15, 2026
- All competitiors must be a natural born female
- All delegates must be a US Citizen and reside in the United States.
- All delegates and their parents or guardians agree that Elite American Miss, along with its state pageants, shall not be held responsible for any damages or liabilities. They further agree not to pursue any legal action against the organization, its directors, volunteers, or staff for any claims.
Delegates and their parents or guardians hereby release and forever discharge Elite American Miss, along with its directors, volunteers, and staff, from any and all claims related to damages, theft, accidents, loss, or injury arising from participation in any pageant or event affiliated with Elite American Miss.
