Please submit this completed application along with all required documents by August 1, 2026.

New students: Upon acceptance of this scholarship, you are required to enroll (if you haven't already) for Fall 2026 by August 31, 2026 and pay both the application fee and the tuition deposit.

Currently enrolled students: Upon acceptance of this scholarship, credit will be applied towards your financial account.
