It's time to reserve your fall beef share!
If this is your first time purchasing beef from our farm please read "Ordering Details" on our website for a full description of how this process works. If you have questions please send us an email, we're happy to help.
Quarter - $5.00/lb. (split quater - limited cut choices)
Half - $4.75/lb. (customize your cuts with the butcher)
Whole - $4.50/lb. (customize your cuts with the butcher)
NOTE: If you're splitting a whole or half share with friends or family we need their contact information as well. This may impact cut selections as shares are cut differently and a split will impact what your choics are. A whole share cannot be cut and then later split into 4 equal shares after processing. Please email us if you have questions or need help deciding on what beef share will work for you.

Additional Information:
You can expect approximately 56% - 60% of the hanging weight of your share to be cut and ready to fill your freezer. A 350 lb hanging weight = approx. 200 lbs take home beef.
The amount of ground beef available for each share depends on the cuts you select and the hanging weight. Want more ground beef? Select to have the roasts ground. The fat % is determined by the usable fat on the carcas, the only fat being added to your ground beef is from your share. No batch grinding.
