Notice of Unlawful Health Requirements on the People

I, ________________, one of the people of the 50 American States (as seen in the Wisconsin Constitution Article 1 Section 1) Sui Juris, republican in form, serve you this notice by way of necessity so that you as agents and trustees of the people shall provide immediate due care;
Please take notice that government was derived from the people and was founded on their will for their benefit and that those in government are our agents and trustees. Whereas the people retained to themselves the sole and exclusive right to self-govern their own private affairs and the sole purpose of government is to protect the rights (life, liberty, conscience) of the people. Most rights were enumerated in the 50+1 constitutions which are public trust contracts, that you as agents and trustees of the people swore to uphold. These rights are inalienable and at all times excepted out, from any government encroachment. (see evidence below)
Wisconsin Constitution Article 1 Section 1. Equality; Inherent Rights – All people are born equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights; among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; to secure these rights governments are instituted deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Liberty – Freedom: exemption from extraneous control. Abr. The power to follow the dictates of its unrestricted choice, and to direct the external acts of the individual without restraint, coercion, or control from other persons. Abr. The word “liberty” includes and comprehends all personal rights and their enjoyment. It embraces freedom from governmental interference. Abr. Blacks Law 4th Edition
Maxim of Law All political power is inherent in the people by decree of God, thus none can exist except it be derived from them. American Maxim.
Maxim of Law The main object of government is the protection and preservation of personal rights, private property, and public liberties, and upholding the law of God. American Maxim.
Wisconsin Constitution Article 1 Section 18, Freedom of Worship; Liberty of Conscience; State Religion; Public Funds – The right of every person to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of conscience shall never be infringed; nor shall any person be compelled to attend, erect or support any place of worship, or to maintain any ministry, without consent; nor shall and control of, or interference with, the rights of conscience be permitted, or any preference be given by law to any religious establishments or modes of worship; nor shall any money be drawn from the treasury for benefit of religious societies, or religious or theological seminaries. Please take notice that the Wisconsin constitution was written by the people and where the people in their authority created and delegated limited borrowed powers and jurisdiction to those in government to carry out the people’s business to secure their rights and authority that they declared reserved to themselves. Among those rights retained is the right to life and private health. This encompasses making decisions regarding their own health and the health of their posterity (children) in accordance with their conscience. Agents and trustees of the people were never granted any power or jurisdiction to make any laws or rules to block the free exercise of those rights. The people are aware that the legislature, superintendents, employers, hospitals, public schools and places of business have used authority and jurisdiction they do not have through unlawful statutes, rules, codes, and policy to encroach on the rights of the people to mandate vaccines to attend daycare and schools [ For example form F-04020L], over their right to work, to receive medical care, to travel or to enter public buildings. For example, recently proposed legislation [LRB 0015/1 and LRB 0016/1]
Please take notice that the people granted limited power to the legislature to make statutes to regulate general public health concerns such as the quality and safety of land, air, and water, etc., things that would be of public concern. The people reserved (excluded) out of the power of the legislature rights, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, which includes private (peculiar) health decisions which are things, not of public concern. The people are also aware that the legislature wrote unlawful statutes to grant special privileges for exemptions to enjoy public liberties that the people already possess granted by God and affirmed by the constitutions. Nowhere in the public trusts (state or federal constitutions) was government granted any authority to make laws to violate the people’s inherent rights to private health or conscience to enjoy the free exercise of their or their posterities private or public liberties. The Wisconsin Constitution also prohibits laws to deny people equal protection or to make laws that discriminate against or favor any individual or group of people from exercising their rights. Stepping outside the jurisdiction granted to you as trustees of the people, is an abuse of power.

Miranda v. Arizona, 384 US 436, 491 Pp. 3, 5 “Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate them.”
Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 P. 5 “If courts are to regard the Constitution, and the Constitution is superior to any ordinary act of the legislature, the Constitution, and not such ordinary act, must govern the case to which they both apply.” Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land. Any law in conflict is null and void.
Please take notice that mandating people to receive any vaccine or requiring the completion of exemption forms to exercise pre-existing rights, constitutes a breach of the public trust, and is considered an unofficial act for which there is no immunity. Private (un-official) (un-granted) acts from public servants have no lawful immunity. It is a fiduciary responsibility to all servants and trustees working in government and under government, in any department thereof to protect the individual rights of the people and their posterity (children).
Trump v. United States, 603 U.S. ___ (2024) held, there is no immunity for unofficial acts.
Please take final notice that it is my wish order and demand for immediate remedy, to all that is prescribed here that the legislature, superintendents, public schools and all other agencies cease and desist from imposing unlawful regulations on the people to vaccinate themselves or their children; and to fill out an application for exemptions to exercise their private or public liberties. Furthermore, it is herein ordered by the lawful authority and jurisdiction of the people to 1) Cease and desist from proposing or enacting any further unlawful legislation over the peoples private health. 2) That all statutes, rules, codes, and policies requiring vaccines and forms for
exemption status shall be dissolved as they are deemed void because they are not in pursuance to the Wisconsin Constitution; 3) That a public statement shall be made by the legislature declaring that these unlawful acts have been dissolved. If you believe that the claims made in this notice to be untrue or that you as trustees of the people have the constitutional authority to violate the people’s right to private health and conscience, you must respond via affidavit point by point showing your constitutional authority to trespass the rights of the people under penalty of perjury within 5 days of receiving this notice or you agree by acquiescence that all claims made here are truth and fact. Further, you agree that you are acting with full intent, knowledge and malice by trespassing against one of the people, and no court of record shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth and fact in all courts of record. Any man or woman who decides to suppress this notice agrees to pay $30,000 per infraction and any disputes by any public officials or private actors who are bound by contract to the Wisconsin Constitution agrees to have these matters heard before an Arbitrator of my choice.
