KIDS CAMP REC APPLICATATION
This form is for 10th- 12th grade (16+ years old) and college students who would like to be a part of the camp rec team for Kids Camp 2026. Being on the rec team you will help with rec as well as in the Kid's services. Kids Camp is two weeks this year. Please select the week you can attend. The cost is $330. Filling out this form does not guarantee you a spot on the rec team. We will evaluate your submission and then reach out.
