CORPORATE / INDIVIDUAL PLEDGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Please submit your pledge by January 31, 2026 at 11:59pm. The pledge submission is considered a binding contract between Peals of Service Foundation (PSF) and the company / individual. PSF will contact you to obtain the specific criteria for your scholarship and contacts who will participate in the application process. PSF's scholarship application process begins on March 2, 2026. Your scholarship pledge will be included in our annual process.

Payment of the pledge must be submitted by February 28, 2026. Make Check or Money Order payable to: Pearls of Service Foundation, Inc. Mail payment along with this completed form to:32455 W. 12 Mile Road, Unit # 3342, Farmington Hills, MI 48333
