Gifted Summer Has Changed!
Our event was previously curated exclusively for handmade content. This year, we are opening registration to additional vendor categories:

* Non-art vendors will be grouped together
* Artist vendors will be grouped together
* Space is limited, with preference given to artist booths

All applications will be reviewed to ensure they align with the overall feel and vision of the event.

The Weyburn Arts Council is not responsible for loss of product through theft or weather during the Summer Gifted Event.

Booth Fees: Artist Single booth – $50 | Artist Double booth – $100

Note: Booth sharing is not allowed
Gifted Summer is facilitated by Weyburn Arts Council, Weyburn Art Gallery, and the City of Weyburn
Where does the money go?

Your registration fee will be used to continue providing low cost/free art opportunities to Weyburn and surrounding areas. A portion of the proceeds from this market will be used to fund the Re-Gifted micro-bursary program.
The Weyburn Arts Council reserves the right to decline any registration and return the registration fee.
Booth Sharing Prohibited

ONE VENDOR/BUSINESS PER BOOTH. Booth sharing is prohibited and will result in expulsion. Non-profits are invited to join our sale at no cost, however they must still complete the application form and provide a fun activity in keeping with our event.

What will you be selling? In fairness to all Vendors, and to prevent duplication, you will be limited to selling those items/mediums you list here. Non-profits please state the activity you will be providing.

Booth Space

Each booth will have enough space for 1 table and two chairs (not provided). APPROXIMATE BOOTH SPACE IS 12x12 and has room sufficient for a canopy/tent*. If additional space is required, a second booth will be required for a further $50 fee.

For insurance purposes and the safety of all those in attendance, we require tents and canopies to be flame retardent and anchored with weights.

Weyburn Arts Council is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all participants, vendors, staff, and guests. Any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior—whether verbal, physical, or written—will not be tolerated. Individuals engaging in such behavior may be asked to leave the event immediately and may be barred from future participation without refund. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.
The day of Gifted

Vendors are required to be set up and in place by 9:30am. If you are not at the event and setting up by 9:30, you will lose your space without a refund. Set up starts at 8am. The sale will run 10am-4pm. All booths are to remain up until 4pm. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE GRASS FOR SET UP OR TAKE DOWN. Please plan accordingly.
