Recognizes a medical professional who has made a meaningful difference in the transplant journey through exceptional care, compassion, and commitment. This may include doctors, nurses, coordinators, social workers, pharmacists, or any member of the transplant healthcare team whose work has had a lasting impact on patients and families.
