**Car Show Rules & Regulations**
These rules are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well‑organized event for all participants, spectators, vendors, and staff. By entering a vehicle into this show, participants agree to follow all rules listed below.
1. Vehicle Entry Requirements**
- All vehicles must be legally owned or authorized for display by the participant.
- Vehicles must be in safe operating condition (no major leaks, exposed wiring, or unsafe modifications).
- Registration fees (if applicable) must be paid online and assigned a registration number.
- Entry numbers must remain visible at all times.
2. Parking & Staging**
- Participants must follow all parking instructions from event staff.
- No early departure unless approved by staff for safety reasons.
- Engines must remain off while parked unless participating in an approved demonstration.
3. Safety Rules**
- No reckless driving, burnouts, racing, revving competitions, or unsafe demonstrations.
- No alcohol consumption during the event as we will not hold a alcohol permit.
- Fire extinguishers are recommended for all participants.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
4. Conduct & Behavior**
- Respect other participants, staff, and spectators.
- No disorderly conduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
- Music volume must remain at a reasonable level unless participating in an approved sound competition.
5. Prohibited Items**
- Weapons of any kind (unless legally carried and compliant with local laws).
- Illegal substances.
- Open flames or grills in the show area unless in designated vendor zones.
6. Judging Guidelines (If Applicable)**
- Judging criteria may include appearance, cleanliness, modifications, creativity, and overall presentation.
- Judges’ decisions are final.
- Complaints or disputes must be directed to event staff respectfully.
7. Cleanup Responsibilities**
- Participants must keep their area clean and dispose of trash properly.
- Any spills (oil, coolant, etc.) must be reported immediately.
