No participation without a signed waiver.Must have an adult if under the age of 16.Lost or stolen items are your responsibility.Don't bring outside food.Do not adjust the thermostat.If you are the last to leave turn off the lights and music.Use equipment at your own risk. If you need assistance that can be arranged.Use safety equipment when required; safety straps, clips, spotter, etc.We assume no responsibility for any injury that occurs.If there is anything damaged or loose please report it.Never slam or drop weights.Anything that is broken or damaged out of a careless act will be charged to your account. No exceptions.Clean and dry shoes only. No outside shoes.No tobacco or alcohol, any individuals that are caught will have their membership revoked and banned from the gym.All equipment and weights are to be put back where they were taken from. If you can unrack it you can rerack it.Be considerate of others. Any bullying or negative acts will cause your membership to be revoked and banned from the gym.Clean up after yourself (chalk, baby powder, water). If you are seen to leave a mess a cleaning fee will be charged to your account.Use the correct bar for the specific lift; deadlift bar remains on the platform. Beater bar will be noted for rack pulls and whatnot.
