Mission: Roof for a Hero
A veteran in need may be nominated by a community member, a family member or they may nominate themselves. Roof, material and labor donated by H and S Roofing. The home must be within a 50 mile radius of Green Bay. The veteran selected will be chosen after all entries have been reviewed by a committee that will remain anonymous. This will be based on roof condition and unforeseen financial burden this would put on the veteran. If chosen as a finalist, the veteran must show proof that they were honorably discharged. *Photos of the roof will be required to submit this form*
What's Included
Roof tear off, clean up, replace any boards as needed, roof, reinstall gutters or new.
