Booking & Balloon Care
Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on your event location and the size of your setup.
Outdoor Installations: Balloons add a beautiful touch to outdoor celebrations, but please note they are sensitive to heat and weather. During warmer months (May–October), balloon displays exposed to direct sunlight and hot temperatures may not last as long as indoor installations. To help maximize their lifespan, we recommend scheduling installation as close as possible to your event start time, especially on hot days. While we will always do our best to ensure a flawless display, the longevity of outdoor balloons cannot be guaranteed.
Balloon Oxidation: Latex balloons are biodegradable and eco-friendly. When exposed to sunlight and air, they naturally oxidize, which means their surface gradually shifts from a glossy shine to a soft matte or velvety finish. This is a normal, natural process—not a product defect—and does not diminish the beauty or quality of your event decor.
