The Great Northwest Community Improvement Association (GNW) will proudly mark its 50th Anniversary on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 7:00 PM during the Annual Meeting of Members. This milestone is an opportunity to honor our community’s rich history, celebrate the present, and build momentum for the future.

To ensure this celebration reflects the shared experiences and spirit of GNW residents, both long-standing and newly joined, the Great Northwest 50th Anniversary Ad Hoc Committee was created to provide insight, ideas, volunteer support, and historical preservation throughout the planning process.

This Committee will serve as a resident-driven advisory group that collaborates with staff and the Board to shape celebration initiatives, historical recognition efforts, and long-term community engagement
outcomes.

Criteria for Applicants
- Open call to current and former GNW residents, volunteers, and community partners.
- Must attend meetings (2nd & 4th Fridays of the month at 6:30PM held in Silver Creek Lodge) through the completion of 50th Anniversary activities in May 2026
