  • Thank you for bringing your youth and children to Roaring Springs Camp! 

    We know that camp registration can be challenging. It's our heart to create a seamless process so that you, your church monitors, and your campers can have the BEST WEEK EVER. We are here to help in any way we can!

    We appreciate the hard work you put into praying, organizing, fundraising, and all it takes to get your campers to camp. 

    We are requesting that you designate ONE MAIN PERSON at your church to be the CHURCH CAMP COORDINATOR. This person will be our primary contact for all information regarding camp. It could be a senior pastor, a youth pastor, or a trusted volunteer. This person will be responsible for ALL communication between the West Texas Assemblies of God DYD Office and your church.

    To avoid confusion or miscommunication, only one person per church may serve as the Church Camp Coordinator for EACH CAMP your group attends. This role is most effective when the coordinator is also able to attend camp as a monitor for their group.

    CHURCH CAMP COORDINATOR Responsibilities:

    1. Serve as the direct point of contact to the West Texas Assemblies of God DYD Office
    2. Complete THIS Jotform
    3. Receive Brushfire link 
    4. Maintain Brushfire link and verify enrolled campers and monitors
    5. Make the church payments OR coordinate financial arrangements
    6. Confirm all attendees have signed consent forms
    7. Confirm ALL MONITORS have signed up and completed all steps in: PROTECT MY MINISTRY (background checks, video training, and certification)
    8. Communicate with PARENTS regarding the camper registration process

    *Parents of campers, DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM. You must reach out to your church leaders for your child's brushfire sign up link.

  • Church Camp Coordinator, ALL QUESTIONS must be answered completely. If the questions are not answered completely, it may result in delays in creating your group on Brushfire.

    • Camp Grade Criteria

      DO NOT register a camper if they do not fit the following criteria:

    • Kids Camp is for completed 1st grade through completed 5th grade.

      *NO CHILD kindergarten or younger can attend Kids Camp as a camper. 
      *NO YOUTH 6th grade or older can attend Kids Camp as a camper.

      Youth Camp is for completed 6th grade through completed 12th grade.

      *NO CHILD 5th grade or younger can attend Youth Camp.

    • Which summer camp are you registering your church for? *EACH summer camp requires a separate Jotform and a separate Brushfire.

    • Every church MUST bring at least 1 male monitor IF they are bringing male campers. We suggest 1 monitor for every 7 campers. 

      Every church MUST bring at least 1 female monitor IF they are bringing female campers. We suggest 1 monitor for every 7 campers. 

      Youth Camp Monitors must be at least 18 years old and graduated from high school.

      Junior Monitors for Kids Camp must be 15-17 years old. They cannot be younger than 15 years old. 

    • By checking this box, I agree that my church will bring at least 1 male monitor if we are bringing male campers, and at least 1 female monitor if we are bringing female campers.
    • By checking this box, I agree that the safety of our campers is the utmost priority. Therefore, our campers WILL NOT be allowed to have their phones while in the dorms.
