Additionally, any prizes offered to those under the age of 18 will be converted to a scholarship and held in trust until applied towards qualified secondary educational expenses such as tuition, books, or required technology.

Garment Information
This year's theme is Metal Head and we are tasking contestants with designing garments made from, referencing, or depicting metallic elements. These could include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Aluminim Beverage Cans
- Steel or Tin Food Cans
- Cables or Wires
- Car Parts or Accessories
- Beverage Tumblers
- Flatware (i.e. Spoons, Forks, etc...)
- Coins or Collectable Pins
Again, these are just examples but any item comprised of metal qualifies.
