Thank you for supporting my small business. Here is everything you need to know before placing an order -
📅 Timeline & Processes
Current turn around time is 3-5 days after finalizing your order. This is not true during all times of the year and may vary depending on holidays and other big events. It is recommended to place orders 1 week before your product is needed in order to allow time for:
- Creating your custom digital mock-up
- Allowing up to 3 design changes
- Painting your product
- Porch pick up or delivery
Should you need your product shipped, placing your order 3 weeks in advance is recommended.
✒️ Please fill out the form to the best of your ability. Once it is submitted, I will send confirmation of my availability and the information needed for your deposit.
A $20 deposit is required in order to start the remainder of the process. Your deposit goes towards your final cost and reserves time in my schedule for your product.
🎨 Mock-ups will be sent 24-48 hrs after deposit is recieved.
🖌 Painting begins after mock-up is finalized, and on an as-due basis.
🖼 Pictures of completed work will be provided.
💳 Payment is due before pick-up/delivery/shipping.
