REQUIREMENTS TO ADOPT A DOG:

Be able to provide us with a photo ID or other paperwork verifying your current address

Be at least 21 years old.

Own your own home or have confirmation from your landlord that pets are allowed.

Be able to provide current vet references.

Be willing to host a home visit from a representative of ETPBR.

Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care for your pet.
Fill out the form in it's entirety. - if a question does not apply to you respond with N/A. Forms that are incomplete will be discarded. As well, submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt nor does it guarantee the pet will be adopted to you. We collect applications on the pet in question and make our best determination on where we think the animal will do best
