Only full members have voting privileges in elections, bylaws, and other governance matters as defined by the organization.Associate Membership: Associate membership is available to local organizations that work directly in the field of adult education and literacy and organizations that have an interest in supporting the field of adult education and literacy. Associate members do not have voting privileges in elections, bylaws and other governance matters.
