6) Hip and elbow Dysplasia are considered being congenital. Studies have shown that the outcome of development of joints can be influenced by the environment. The dog has to be kept in healthy weight
In the rare event that the dog named above develops hip or elbows dysplasia, the Buyer is required to provide a radio-graphic image with proper identification of the dog (micro chip number) on the image to be conclusively evaluated by the OFA.
The warranty will be granted only if the OFA rating is “moderate” or “severe”.
Seller will provide a dog of availability and equal or less value at no cost, without the buyer returning the dog. Shipping, handling, training, or any additional services charged to the Buyer are not included in this warranty. The dog shall be no older than 26 months at the time the x-ray is taken. Deformities in joints caused by accident or injury, or other circumstances but genetics, are excluded from this warranty.
