Kai is trained to standards of the Elite Training Program at Zauberberg Kennels. 

 

 

ZBB 9 Team LLC guarantees its dogs / puppies as follows:

1) Buyer may return the dog to place of business of ZBB K9 Team LLC, without questions, within 72 hours after he/she took possession of the dog. Dog needs to be in the same condition as he/she was prior to shipping to the buyer. Buyer will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. The remainder of the purchase price will be refunded. The shipping cost from and to ZBB K9 Team LLC place of business is the responsibility of the buyer. Unless the dog is return within 72 hours after the Buyer took possession, no cash refunds will be given.

2) ZBB K9 Team LLC guarantees the dog is identified by Microchip number. Has all shots up to date documented in a Vaccination Passport. 
The dog is not AKC registered

3) At the time the Buyer takes possession of the dog, he/she assumes full responsibility for the dog’s behavior and its consequences. The buyer releases ZBB K9 Team LLC , its members and employees from all responsibilities resulting from the dog’s actions from there on.

4) ZBB K9 Team LLC guarantees that the dog is in good health and his/ her temperament is sound at the time of shipping or pick up.

5) Up to the time of delivery, above dog has been vaccinated according to schedule recommended by a Veterinarian of Revival Animal Health, 1-800-786-4751. It is the buyer’s responsibility – and necessary- to continue the recommended vaccination schedule, documented in the vaccination record of Revival Animal Health, that is provided to the buyer at the time of pick up. The dog is NOT guaranteed against any infections, contagious diseases.

6) Hip and elbow Dysplasia are considered being congenital. Studies have shown that the outcome of development of joints can be influenced by the environment. The dog has to be kept in healthy weight 

In the rare event that the dog named above develops hip or elbows dysplasia, the Buyer is required to provide a radio-graphic image with proper identification of the dog (micro chip number) on the image to be conclusively evaluated by the OFA.

The warranty will be granted only if the OFA rating is “moderate” or “severe”.

Seller will provide a dog of availability and equal or less value at no cost, without the buyer returning the dog. Shipping, handling, training, or any additional services charged to the Buyer are not included in this warranty. The dog shall be no older than 26 months at the time the x-ray is taken. Deformities in joints caused by accident or injury, or other circumstances but genetics, are excluded from this warranty.

7) Seller guarantees that the above dog has been tested and/or treated for all common external and internal parasites. It is the resposibilty of the buyer to provide treatnments from here on if neccesary.

8) It is highly recommended to supplement the dog with NuVet Plus and Nu Joint plus.

9) If for reasons that are beyond the Sellers responsibility, this dog can not be provided, the deposit will be forwarded to a replacement dog of equal value will be provided.

10) All legal disputes arising from this agreement and / or the business dealings have to be filed in Cochise County Douglas district court – under no circumstances any other jurisdiction can be applied.

This agreement is non- transferable and applies only to the original buyer signing of this contract.
