2026 STUDENT ENROLMENT FORM - City Studio

(Separate form required for each sibling in a family. All students require their own separate form).
As we are now in our Concert Term, enrolments for our Future Stars (under 5's) and Recreational Stream classes are closed for the remainder of 2026.

Playdance (2-3yrs) and our Syllabus/Exam Stream classes remain open for enrolment for families wishing to join us for the remainder of the year.

Please note that enrolment into our Syllabus/Exam Stream is subject to our academy pre-requisites and often require a meeting prior to placement.
