(hosted by the Rebus Club of Hibiscus Coast).

Even if attending only the AGM, please complete this section. Attendance is free and includes afternoon tea.

Option # 1 - Wednesday 13th May 6.00pm to 8:00pm.

Meet and Greet at Manly Bowling Club - 56 Laurence Street, Manly, Whangaparaoa Peninsula. Informal welcome by Rebus Club of Hibiscus Coast (turn off Laurence Sreet, next to # 63 into the road circling around Manly Park. The Manly Bowling Club is located in the park’s south-eastern corner). Nibbles free and drinks at own cost.

Option #2 - Thursday 14th May 9.00am.

1. Guided tour of Gulf Harbour Marina and Boatyard (NZ’s second largest marina - approx 1 hr). Assembly point - Gulf Harbour Marina office, 895 Laurie Southwick Drive, Gulf Harbour.
2. Guided walk through Shakespear Regional Park (approx 1 hr). Assembly point – Waterfall Gully carpark, end of Whangaparaoa Road, last road on right before security gates.
3. Guided walk along Manly Beach (approx 1 hr). Assembly point – Manly Sailing Club, 65 Laurence Street, Manly.
4. Local area Mystery Car Tour of Whangaparaoa Peninsula (approx 2 hrs). Assembly point - Bridge Club, Edith Hopper Park, Ladies Mile, Manly.
   All activities will commence at 9:00am

Option #3

•Accommodation

A number of the members of our local Rebus Clubs have generously offered to billet AGM attendees who would prefer to stay in a private home on the two nights of 13th and 14th May. A nominal fee of $50 per night per couple (or per single) will apply (a total of $100 for the two nights) to cover B&B overheads. Register by contacting the co-ordinators below.

Please contact either Neville Drower (mob. 021 886 130 neville.drower@outlook.com) or Paul Robinson (mob. 027 2222 151 paulrob@pl.net) if you would like to stay in the home of a local Rebus member. Available billets will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Your spouse/partner should be included in the number recorded for any of your chosen activities above. Submission of this form is to be made no later than the 20th April 2026. Where accommodation is required, payment is to be made directly to your provider.

As accommodation in Hibiscus Coast area may be at a premium, you are urged to make a reservation as soon as possible.
