  • WHAT IS ESSENTIAL TRAINING COURSE?

    This is a structured, practiced-based training course designed for all seasoned practitioners who wish to deepen their capacity to practice and study within the Iyengar Yoga system, particularly going beyond Level I syllabus.

    什么是《重点培训课程》?

    这是一个系统化、以练习为根基的培训课程,专为长期规律习练者而设计的,旨在提升习练者在艾扬格瑜伽体系中的练习造诣,逐步超越艾扬格一级课程的范围。

    HOW IS THE COURSE DIFFERENT?

    The training course will comprise of approximately 75% asana and 25% restorative/pranayama.

    The emphasis of the training is not on accumulating poses, but on:

    •  Developing clarity, steadiness, and intelligence in practice.
    •  Learning to stay longer in asanas with sustained attention.
    •  Understanding asanas and their connections as tools for transformation.
    •  Cultivating inner awareness and body sensitivity.

    《重点培训课程》有什么不同?

    培训课程将包括大约 75% 的体式练习和 25% 的修复练习/呼吸法。

    培训的重点不在于体式的积累,而在于:

    • 培养练习中的清晰度、稳定性和智慧。
    • 学习如何在体式中保持更长时间的专注。
    • 理解体式及其相互联系,并将其作为转化的工具。

    WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE COURSE?

    To get the most out of this Course, physical presence in the class is highly recommended. However, practicing online will also be allowed. For those intending to join the study retreat in Bali (in July 2026), you should join at least 2 of the 4 modules physically.

    为了获得最佳学习效果,我们强烈建议学员参加实体课程。然而,学员也可以选择参加线上课程。如果学员计划参加巴厘岛的研习班(2026年7月),则至少需要参加四个模块中的两个模块的实体课。

     

  • This Course will be conducted in 4 intensive modules:

    Module 1:31 Jan, 1-2 Feb 2026

    • Foundations of Stability & Orientation
    • To establish steadiness, direction and confidence primarily in Level I asanas with Level II elements.

    Module 2: 21-23 Mar 2026

    • Extension, Containment & Refinement
    • To develop extension without collapse and containment without tension

    Module 3: 1-3 May 2026

    • Inversion Readiness & Endurance
    • To overcome limitations, establish control and precision with sustained intention

    Module 4: 18-21 July 2026

    • Integration, Maturity & Long Holds
    • To bring intelligence, sensitivity and discipline together

    此课程分为四个密集模块:

    模块一:2026年1月31日、2月1-2日

    • 稳定性与方向基础
    • 以一级体式为主,加上二级元素,建立稳定性、方向感和自信心

    模块二:2026年3月21-23日

    • 伸展、内缩与精进
    • 建立不塌陷的伸展和不紧张的内缩

    模块三:2026年5月1-3日

    • 倒立就绪与时效
    • 克服局限,建立控制力和精准度,时刻觉察身体

    模块四:2026年7月18-21日

    • 整合、体式成熟与停留
    • 将身体的智慧、敏感度和自律性融为一体

     

    The times for module 4 will be advised at a later stage. The times for modules 1-3 are as follows:

    模块四的具体时间安排待定。模块一至三的具体时间安排如下:

    • Day 1 第一天:11am-3pm; 2.30pm-5.30pm
    • Day 2 第二天:8am-11am; 1pm-3pm; 4-6pm
    • Day 3 第三天:8am-11am
