If a client is not completely satisfied, they have 15 days (or more, depending on state of residence) to request a refund, provided they haven’t started their trip or initiated a claim. Premiums are non-refundable after this period.
There is a "Cancel Anytime" coverage that is only available for trips up to $50,000 per person. This coverage varies for select states including NY, WA & VA. If you purchased the Cancel Anytime option and cancel your trip due to a non-covered reason, you may be reimbursed up to 75% of the cancellation penalties (maximum reimbursement is $37,500 for most states)
The Cancel Anytime coverage may only be purchased in combination of the Guest Protection Program (Travel Insurance) and is due within 14 days of your initial trip deposit. You may cancel up to day of departure however your travel agent or A&K must be notified of the cancellation.
