Overview:
Join Dementia Friends for an exciting pickleball tournament and fundraiser supporting dementia awareness. Whether you’re a pickleball pro or just curious about the craze, this event is all about coming together for a good cause. Expect friendly matches, lots of laughs, and maybe a dill-lightful surprise to two! Compete by age, enjoy food, drinks and great company. Your participation helps to raise funds for the upcoming Fall Caregivers’ Conference, a gathering dedicated to supporting dementia caregivers by offering essential resources and meaningful connection. Don’t just watch the ball bounce, sign up, bring your best game, and let’s rally for a great cause!
We will have activities going on throughout the day!
Tournament Type and Rules
- This event is open to ALL skill levels, mixed teams. Games will be sorted by age when possible. Games are not sorted by rank.
- Each team is guaranteed to play at least twice from 8 AM until Noon.
- Single eliminations playoff from 12:30 to 3:30 PM indicated by winners of previous matches.
- No partner? Register as a single and we will make every attempt to find a partner for you in your age group, not skill ranking.
- Complete schedule/draw will be released the Wednesday prior to the start of the event with registration closing on Friday, 3/14/26.
- Check in 15 minutes before your game.
All participants must wear court approved shoes. This is an indoor event. Bring your own paddles. Respite is available, please register for this below.
