- Payment due at time of registration. Please make your payment following the following PayPal links.
  
  Note - Registration is not completed without payment submission. The links allows you to choose payment for one week or both. If signing up for both weeks, we only need one registration form.
  
  - Half Day Camp Cost Per Week $270 Pay Here
  
  - Aftercare 3:30PM-5:00PM $40 Aftercare Payment
  
  Aftercare is offered based on enrollment. If minimum enrollment is not met, aftercare may be canceled. Families will be notified at least two weeks before the session begins for a full refund.
- Cancellations and requests for refunds should be made in writing via email from the person who signed the registration. Refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to May 1st. A non-refundable processing fee of $50 will be taken from the refund.
  
  - Missed Days: Missed camp days are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other sessions.
  
  All fees become non-refundable after May 1st for any reason.

- By signing this registration form, you consent to your child being photographed and/or video recorded during camp activities for use in promotional materials, social media, and the camp's website.
  
  By hitting submit and putting your signature, you agree that you are the parent or legal guardian of the above named child, and are over the age of 18. In case of medical emergency or general medical care, I give consent for medical treatment for the above named child by authorized personnel. The camp carries secondary insurance. I understand that the above named child will only be released to the names listed above, an update may be done at registration.
