2026 Care Fair - Sign-up

I'd love to have a booth at the Care Fair, Sat., Sept. 12th, 2026 • 12-5pm

Please reserve my spot and stay in touch with me as we get closer. One lucky participating organization will win a $250 donation from Care Moses Lake! We'll be set up OUTSIDE on Division Street (Between Windermere Realty and the Smith Martin Building). Fee for this event is $35 and covers our (discounted) fees to the Downtown Moses Lake Association for set up at their Sip 'N Stroll. You will need to bring your own tent, table, chairs, etc. Care Moses Lake will not be providing anything for your space. Set up will be: Saturday, September 12th at 10:00am. You must be set up by 11:45am and remain set up until 5pm. There are a limited number of spots available for this event! *No reimbursements for cancellation after payment has been made.
Downtown will be hopping with: Downtown Moses Lake Association's annual Sip & Stroll, Columbia Basin Allied Arts Art on 3rd, shopping & more! This is a huge day for downtown with Walk to End Alzheimers and the Farmers Market in McCosh Park in the morning and starting at 12 the Sip 'N Stroll, etc. that draws hundreds to our downtown core. Last year there were 20+ non-profits contributing to events downtown.

We will promote this event, and hope you will as well, to the community so they can come learn more about your organization. Our goal is to show the community opportunities to GIVE BACK.
Do you have any recommendations on how we might get more attendance at this event? We're slowly growing our numbers, we are open to suggestions.
