A $4.95 transaction fee applies to all ACH payments. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your payment, whether via ACH or mailed check. Once an ACH payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed unless the payment fails, typically due to incorrect bank information provided in your Consignor Access portal. A $40 administrative fee will apply to any request to reissue a lost, or incorrectly addressed check. If you choose to receive a manual check, it will be issued and mailed to the address on file.
