A $4.95 transaction fee will apply to all direct deposit payments. Once an ACH payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed unless the payment fails, typically due to incorrect bank information provided in your Consignor Access portal. ACH payments may take up to 7 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
