A $4.95 transaction fee will apply to all direct deposit payments. Once an ACH payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed unless the payment fails, typically due to incorrect bank information provided in your Consignor Access portal. A $40 administrative fee will apply to any request to reissue a lost, or incorrectly addressed check. If you choose to receive a manual check, it will be issued and mailed to the address on file. All payments may take up to 10 business days to be received, either as a direct deposit (depending on your bank’s processing times) or via mail for physical checks.
