    You will be required to work on Monday & Thursday, June 1-4 , from 5:00pm to 9:30pm as well as Friday, June 5, from 5pm to 10pm and Saturday, June 6, from 10am - 10pm. Please let your stage manager know of any conflicts. You will be sent contact information for your Stage Manager after you register.

  • Crew members must be at least 12 years-old and in the 7th grade through Alumni in KMT.

    You will be provided with a Strike Party meal, 2 free snack bar items per show performance, and a “CREW” shirt if this is your first show (or have outgrown a previous “CREW” shirt).

  • Academic & Behavior Contract

    We ask that BOTH STUDENT and PARENT (if crew member is under 18) read and agree to the following agreement.

  • It is our goal to provide a Christian atmosphere, where kids can feel there is a safe place for them to learn and to serve God with their talents. 

     All participants are expected to show respect for the Director, Music Director, Choreographer, Managers, facility staff, parents, and other students at all times.

    1. No name-calling or profanity is allowed.

    2. No use of cell phones backstage.

    3. Crew are expected to be on time to rehearsals, and be available until rehearsal time is over. 

    4. Participants are expected to dress in all blacks and wear their Crew Shirt.

    5. Participants are expected to refrain from entering opposite sex restrooms.

    6. Drugs, alcohol, smoking, and weapons are STRICTLY prohibited for children and adults on premises. Possession of any of these items will result in immediate removal from the production.

    7. Parents are not to interrupt or interfere during rehearsals, but are asked to address concerns in an appropriate time and manner with KMT management.

  • These consents are valid through the end of this production, or until revoked in writing.

  • Our Strike Party takes place between the Saturday shows from about 3:30pm to 5:30pm in the Dining Room.  It is a time for a meal and fellowship and is a time of bonding.  An awards ceremony in the auditorium follows the dinner.  Cast and Crew are recognized for outstanding achievement by the Artistic Team.  The Light of Christ Award is voted on by the cast and crew and recognizes that member who behaved most Christ-like during rehearsals and tech week.  Due to room capacity, only immediate family members may attend and are encouraged to do so!
