Parent Consent and Liability Statement:
By enrolling your child in our day camp, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You give permission for your child to participate in all camp activities, including those that may involve physical activity, outdoor exploration, and group events.
- You understand that all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of your child during camp hours.
- You acknowledge that, despite these precautions, there may be inherent risks associated with camp activities, and you agree not to hold the camp, its staff, or volunteers liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss that may occur.
- You confirm that your child is in good health and able to participate in camp activities, and you will inform the camp of any medical conditions or special needs in advance.
- You agree to pay for any and all medical expenses incurred and give permission to the doctor or health care professional to provide medical care if necessary.
