Flinn's Laundry Service does not guarantee stain removal or odor elimination, especially for items exposed to smoke, pets, or strong fragrances. Pet hair removal is not guaranteed, particularly when excessive.I do not accept hazardous or contaminated items, including clothing soaked in chemicals, animal or human urine, vomit, feces, blood, or any bug-infested items. All laundry is inspected prior to service. If items are deemed unsafe or unsanitary, they will be returned unwashed and the deposit will not be refunded.In the event an item is damaged during processing, resolution will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.*
