This information is strictly confidential and is only asked and processed for the duration of camp to ensure safety and health can be put up front. This information is only available to main camp organisation and first aids present.

Payment

Underneath you will find an estimated price on top of the ticket prices, which depend on the wave you are registering in. The total price we will communicate and check towards you in your persona confirmation mail. Please note that your spot in the camp is not final until after the (first) payment

Transport

Because not everyone can always very easily find a way to camp, we want to ask those who might have an extra space in the car if they're willing to pick anyone up, and for those needing a ride to let know where they'd come from. Please be aware that applying for this is NOT a guarantee to a ride to camp since it is supply and demand

Important documents

Underneath you find important policies. After submitting your registration, you chose to agree to the following, as well as our code of conduct, rules and registrations and core values as described extensively in our discord server
Cancelation Policy
We reserve the right to establish our own cancellation policy, which is outlined below:

More than 8 weeks (2 months) before the start of the camp: 75% refund of the paid amount.
6-8 weeks before the camp: 50% refund.
4-6 weeks before the camp: 25% refund.
Less than 4 weeks before the camp: No refund.

PEOPLE WITH A PAYMENT PLAN STILL HAVE TO KEEP THEMSELVES TO THE SAME AMOUNTS.

→ IF AT CANCELLATION YOU WOULD HAVE PAID HALF AND YOU CANCEL FOR EXAMPLE 5 WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF CAMP, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP PAYING UNTIL THAT AMOUNT IS DUE.

This policy is in place because significant preparations are made in advance, including booking the campsite, purchasing materials, and budgeting based on the confirmed number of participants.

Exceptions and Flexibility
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of health issues, medical emergencies, or family matters, we may consider exceptions to the policy. Please communicate these situations with us as soon as possible.
Medical Information Privacy

All medical information provided in the registration form is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. This data is only accessible to Children of the Gods and the Clerics (our designated first aid team) and will be used solely in case of a medical emergency during camp. We collect this information to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. No medical details will ever be shared with other campers, staff members, or third parties outside the first aid team.

General Information Privacy

All information provided in the registration form is used exclusively for the purpose of processing and managing your registration for the camp. Your data will never be shared with third parties or other campers. All collected information is securely stored and retained only until one month after the end of the camp, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems. This ensures that your personal information remains private and protected at all times.

Minors and people under guardianship

Minors and people under guardianship require consent from their parent or legal guardian. It is required that parents or guardians sign the electronic signature underneath instead of the camper in these cases
By hitting submit, you agree that you agree to our terms and rules and that you have truthfully filled in the registration form. If the camper is a minor or someone placed under guardianship, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of said camper.

'In case of medical emergency or general medical care, I give consent for medical teatment for the aboved named camper by authorized personnel. The camp carries secondary insurance.'
