This form is for non-attorney applicants seeking limited admission to practice in Nevada prior to attorney licensure.
Out-of-state student applicants seeking approval for supervised practice should not submit this form if their practice experience will not occur in Nevada.

For Nevada limited practice applicants:

You must apply with your supervised practice program provider prior to registering and submitting this application for limited practice. You will be required to provide information regarding your approved program or private practitioner supervisor in order to complete the application.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet completed the necessary credits when you submit your application, your application will be denied. You will be required to reapply when you have completed the required credits for your requested certification level.
