**Medical devices under the skin like the birth control implant in areas being tattooed may be a hazard and tattooing can cause significant risk to damaging the device. I cannot tattoo over birth control implants and any other medical device would need medical approval to tattoo over**

Some tattoo products I may use contain potential allergens like coconut oil, shea butter, lavender, CBD/hemp, or witch hazel. Do you have an allergy to any of these?
Any products containing CBD or hemp that I use are skin care related and do not produce any sort of high or mood alteration. But I do understand that some people prefer 0 contact with anything hemp related due to sobriety or other reasons and if that’s the case just give me a heads up and we won’t use anything containing CBD or hemp products
