- BOOTH WORKERS DO NOT REQUIRE A NAME BADGE TO MAN THE TABLE
- The Exhibitor Package includes 1 complimentary Speakers-Only Name Badge for the "Booth Owner" and an additional 2 complimentary Speakers Badges per day. (3 TOTAL PER DAY--NAMES MUST BE GIVEN)
- REMEMBER: Badges are only required to enter the ballroom to attend presentations - no one will be permitted into the ballroom without a named badge.
- SPONSORS receive additional badges depending on your level of support. These exhibitor passes are in addition to Sponsor Badges.
- Meals are NOT INCLUDED with Exhibitor Speakers' Badges
- Booth Owner is responsible for making sure the exhibit is manned from 8am-6pm both days.
- Booth workers may leave the booth unattended (at their own risk), if they are attending a presentation.
- Depending on availability, additional Speakers-Only Badges may be requested by emailing the Exhibitor Coordinator.
