  • PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILTY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Exhibitors must align with the event's values of Compassion, Courage, Collaboration, Community, Respect, Education and Diginity.
    • All exhibitors must be operating in a field relevant to end-of-life care, death, dying, grief, legacy, or aging (professional or personal)
    • Expo organisers reserve the right to decline applications that are not aligned with the event's vision or values.
    • By submitting this form, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the event organisers.
    • I give permission to include business in promotion and printed program.
    • I give permission to tag business on social media.
    • I understand that my registration is subject to approval by the event organisers and that table assignment and speaker slots will be based on availability and suitability.
    • I understand that confirmation will occur upon final payment.

    ATTENDANCE AND COMMITTMENT

    • Exhibitors must commit to the entire duration of the Expo (9.30am-3pm) and must not pack down early.
    • Bump in begins at 7.30am, and all stalls must be fully set up by 9.00 am.  Exhibitors are responsible for thier own setup, pack down and transport of materials.
    • PLEASE NOTE: pack up at the conclusion of expo, between 3-5pm, involves leaving your space clean and tidy.

    PROMOTION AND COLLABORATION

    • To support the success of this community event, exhibitors are invited to help promote the Expo through their networks, email lists, and social media. A marketing promo pack will be shared to make promotion simple and aligned.
