Entry Fee and Payment

Entry fee for the OPEN show is $45 per entry.

Payment for the OPEN show is completed via the payment form.  Please click on the payment form (located at the same place you found this entry form), fill in the responsible person information and enter the number of animals being entered in the OPEN show.  The form will determine the amount due.  If you are paying by credit card, the calculated amount due will include the transaction fee.

Liability Waiver & Marketing Release

As a condition of participation in the 2026 Matagorda County Fair and TLBGCA Open Show, the Matagorda County Fair Livestock Association (MCFLA) and the Texas Longhorn Breeders Gulf Coast Association (TLBGCA), as well as the officers, employees, members, agents and representatives of both organizations, are hereby released from all claims, demands, or course of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether now existing or hereafter accrued, on account of any bodily injury or any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense as a result of the interpretation of enforcement of the TLBGCA, Texas Longhorn Breeders Association of America (TLBAA) and/or MCFLA Constitutions, Bylaws, Rules and/or Regulations and the risk of such injury, damage, cost or expense which may occur by reason of foregoing is hereby assumed and accepted.

This waiver is binding on the person submitting the entry as well as all other person(s) associated with the participation of person(s) or animal(s) described herein in this event, and all parties involved indemnify the TLBGCA and MCFLA from all claims, demands or causes of action based on any of the foregoing.

This agreement also authorizes TLBGCA to use my photo or my animal's photo, my quote or my name, in their marketing or promotional activities without compensating me.
